Customer Service Administrator

Through extensive scientific research, and a ground-breaking multi-million pound development project, we aim to make Smile White Lab the number one brand used by both dentists and the public, both in the UK and on a global scale.
**Responsibilities**:
- Speaking to customers day to day through their treatment
- Answer customer questions or queries
- Self managing your time undertaking administrative tasks
- Answering inbound calls as and when necessary
- Liaise with the B2B team who will speak to the dentist throughout the customer journey
- Taking down details and log on an internal system, whilst offering support to the wider business
Managing your workload queue and prioritising based on business requirement and direction.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a Customer Service role previously.
- Excellent and positive telephone manner
- A positive attitude towards providing excellent customer service which exceeds customer expectations
- Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas
- Ability to manage your own workload and meet necessary timescales
- Professionalism in their approach
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
