**Customer Service Administrator - Salary £21,500 + £1,400 Bonus + Superb Benefits**

**What the Customer Service Administrator role will involve**:

- Resolving all customer queries in an efficient and professional manner, investigating queries and being proactive in providing a solution for customers.
- Keeping the CRM system updated with logging calls or liaising with other teams to gather information.
- Keeping customers updated with the status of their work.
- Processing orders received.
- Working with Client KPI's and ensuring you meet deadlines.

**What we are looking for**:

- 6+ months Customer Service, Sales or Office Support experience.
- Experience within a telephone-based customer service role, where you are a key point of contact for customers on the phone, is ideal.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
- A positive attitude with a great team spirit.
- Computer literate with good understanding and experience of Microsoft Office.
