**Main Purpose of the role**
- Providing excellent customer service and a positive attitude to customers at all times.
- Dealing with any queries from customers and liaising with other departments to resolve any issues
- Gaining company products knowledge to answer questions accurately.
- Updating and maintaining records of customer interaction on CRM
- Working to company set KPI's
**Key duties and responsibilities**
- Consistently delivering a high level of quality and service
- Builds and maintains business relationships with clients
- Handling customer queries/requests effectively with the support of clear information and processes
- Administer changes to Client and Customer records
- Processing sales orders and estimates onto computer system
- Ensuring on-time delivery of customer products
- Stock management
- Stock reports for customers
- Deliveries management
- Managing trials to completion
- Dealing with samples request
- Processing of quotes
- Forecasts for customers
