We are looking to strengthen our Customer Service team with an experienced Customer Service Advisor

**Job Summary**:
**Reports To**:
Commercial Manager

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Provide a high level of customer service, being the first point of contact for customer queries
- Providing pro active reports to our customers.
- Making accurate notes and updates on all systems.
- Supporting your team with any administrative duties
- Ensuring you follow up on enquires in detail
- Working closely with the operation team, enhancing that customer experience.

**The above list is not exhaustive and you will be expected to perform any other duties that can reasonably be expected of this position.**

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a fast paced transport industry advantageous
- Excellent administrative skills
- Flexible working approach
- Excellent telephone manner combined with professional and effective skills when responding in writing.

**Person Specification**:

- Punctual
- Competent in the use of: Warehouse/ Delivery Management Systems
- Excellent communication / listening skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure, and to tight deadlines.

A good understanding of commercial awareness.
- Flexible approach to work

**Working Hours**:
This is a part time role Monday to Friday 17:00 - 21:00

**Health and Safety**:

- You are responsible for all aspects of health and safety of yourself and others.
- Work alongside the Health and Safety Manager to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
