- Experienced in Commercial Property

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Commercial Property Secretary or in a similar role

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to lawyers and legal professionals specialising in commercial property transactions
- Draft and prepare legal documents, contracts, leases, and correspondence related to commercial property matters
- Assist in managing and organising files, including maintaining electronic and paper records
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for legal team members
- Liaise with clients, external parties, and colleagues to facilitate communication and information exchange
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for commercial property transactions
- Assist in the preparation of due diligence reports, property searches, and title investigations
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information related to commercial property matters
- Proficiency in legal terminology and procedures related to commercial property transactions
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and file management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
