Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on property acquisitions and disposals, landlord/tenant issues, and general estate matters
- Lead on property matters, including negotiations and agreements
- Manage a team of surveyors and land officers
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to problem-solve and identify risks and opportunities
- Responsible for managing and reporting on income and expenditure
- MRICS qualified
- Demonstratable track record of managing estates to a high standard
- Experience visiting/inspecting different types of land and property
- Excellent understanding of Health and Safety regulations
- People management experience
- Extensive knowledge and experience of the legal and regulatory requirements relating to the ownership, management, sale, purchase, and leasing of land and property
