The Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the Operational team and sales teams in driving occupancy and increased Average Weekly Fee (AWF) across our residential care homes. The role is responsible for the delivery of the marketing plans developed by the Sales Manager, including production of collateral, management of signage requirements and digital marketing. The role may also be involved with monitoring and reporting against key performance indicators across all channels.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the production of printed materials from end to end, including briefing the design, securing cost estimates, managing approvals and driving quality assurance to ensure all materials are delivered on time, within budget and to the appropriate quality levels
- Ensure accurate and up to date content on the home’s webpages, and affiliate websites such as carehome.co.uk - proactively reviewing and managing content
- Support the Sales Manager to manage the creative plan, to produce artwork for all supported homes for final review and approval by Home Managers and deliver artwork to publishers
- Regular review of home Facebook pages to ensure they adhere to Facebook guidelines. Manage admin of pages.
- Circulate PR coverage reports to CRMs and Senior Leadership Team
- Maintain up to date Home Manager, Deputy Manager, CRM and Lifestyle databases and distribute to the team. Manage the process to set up new home manager and leadership team on webpages
- Provide admin support for setting up new Facebook and PR training courses
- As requested, undertake other ad hoc activity under the management of the MM or other senior members of the marketing team
- Copywrite any information needed on website and collaborate with our media company to write PR stories for the company
- To lead on campaigns within the company such as the “National day’s” and plan a calendar of the year in advance for all homes to use
- To be the “Brand Ambassador” for the company and ensure all marketing channels fall in line with the current Advinia Branding.
