In today's competitive market, beBee Professionals is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom. This role involves driving revenue growth by managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • New Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.

This position requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
