**Location**: Suite 1 Space House Business Centre, Abbey Road, NW10 7SU

**Contract**: 35 hours per week at £11.95 per hour **(FULLY FLEXIBLE & AVAILABLE)**

**Role Overview**:
We are currently seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our training division team. As an integral part of our organisation, you will play a key role in supporting various activities, from paperwork and updating live systems to attending client meetings and collaborating with different teams within the company to deliver really impactful results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and quality assure paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Update and maintain systems to monitor project progress and milestones.
- Attend client meetings to provide administrative support and capture action items.
- Submit claim forms and assist with any necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with the operations team and accounts/finance team on various projects.
- Report directly to the directors of the organisation.
- Assist in local community-led projects aimed at helping individuals in need find employment and pursue further training.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Familiarity with tech and a quick learner when it comes to new processes and systems.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in using computerised systems and tools.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus strong administrative and clerical skills
