**Key Focus**:
This position will provide EA support, coordination and administration duties for to the CEO, primarily assisting him in his work generally, including organising, and assisting with the meeting preparation. The role will also require working as part of the HR team providing administrative support for the CPO and the HR team with HR tasks as well as performing various other office management duties as required.

This will be a diverse and varied role, and to some extent it will be project focused, depending on the business needs at the time and will require high levels of confidentiality, an ability to prioritise under own initiative and there will be a need to often work autonomously using own initiative to resolve day-to-day issues.

**This role will report to: Head of People**

**Key duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Supporting the CEO with coordination, meeting organisation and administration duties
- Assisting with organisation of agendas, papers for a variety of meetings both internal and external
- Assisting with the monthly preparation of board papers
- Make travel arrangements as required (flights, trains, car hire, hotels, etc.)
- Coordinating arrangements for meetings, conferences, and other events both internally and externally, assembling appropriate materials and booking hospitality as required
- Supporting the CPO and HR team with general administration, drafting letters and responding to incoming queries
- Updating the HR system (Kallidus) with employee changes
- Monitoring the HR Mailbox and directing queries to the relevant HR Business Partner
- Reporting on and analysing employee related data, such as sickness absence and annual leave
- Assist with the planning of HR events and initiatives
- Assist with the administration of employee probation periods
- Work on ad hoc HR projects as required, such as well-being; reward; diversity and inclusion and benefits

**Person Spec**:
**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Business administration or equivalent qualification or relevant experience
- Previous EA / business admin experience
- GCSE or equivalent - Maths and English
- Proficient in digital skills including MS Office
- An excellent level of both written and spoken English
