Customer Service Executive

Our Customer Service Executives primarily undertake the following duties:

- Responding to online portal queries
- Processing Customer Returns and Credit Requests
- Liaising with our warehouse and couriers, as well as other departments and partners
- Setting up customer pricing
- Supporting our Sales Team, as required
- Additional duties as required

Full training would be given on our bespoke computer system but the ideal applicant should:

- have a confident and enthusiastic telephone manner
- enjoy speaking to customers on the telephone
- possess excellent communication skills
- demonstrate excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Work methodically and accurately
- work well in a fast-paced environment
- have the ability to work well within a team and independently
- be reliable and trustworthy
- be hardworking and dedicated
- have a high level of literacy and numeracy
- have experience of effectively utilising ICT
- be keen to learn new skills and take on responsibilities

Working Hours: 37 per week (09.00 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 09.00 am - 4.30 pm on Friday, with a 30 minute break for lunch each day).

**Salary**: £25,000.00 - £28,000.00 per year depending on experience
