**MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR**
**About the role**
Our client is looking for a Marketing Administrator to work within their exciting and creative environment creating, designing and editing. An opportunity to get involved with graphics, websites and presentations.
**Main responsibilities**
- Develop and enhance marketing material
- Develop desktop publishing presentation documents for the business sales needs using Adobe InDesign software
- Administering and maintaining company website
- Managing and publishing project and company information via social media platforms
- Attending projects and obtaining presentation photographs including the use of Adobe Photoshop software
- Manage invitations to company events
- Maintain and manage Client contact data base
- Production of Microsoft Excel documents
- Production of project flow charts using Microsoft Project
- Assist with filing
- Good creative skills i.e Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in graphics useful
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
