**Sales & Marketing Office Assistant**

As a result of our continued expansion, ultrafilter is looking to bring aboard a savvy, ambitious Sales & Marketing Office Assistant to combine technical expertise with a sales-centric delivery.

Your responsibilities as an Sales & Marketing Office Assistant will include:

- To build customer loyalty and retention through delivering innovative, customer focused and value added solutions,
- Assist in the development and implementation of a sales strategy for the area of responsibility
- Identify and develop sales to major end user customers and engineering companies.
- Management of Key / Target end user accounts and direct customers.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities defined by business unit strategies.
- Develop and maintain an excellent knowledge of the available equipment currently being offered.
- Obtain and share Market Intelligence, defining and recommending market opportunities by product line, market segment and geographical area.
- Promote a professional company image at all times.
- Promote the service capabilities of the organisation.

Day to Day duties:

- Dealing with enquires from clients & preparing quotations
- Outbound telesales prospecting customers
- Helping the team with administration duties
- Dealing with Goods in/out administration
- General Office Duties
- Support to Managers & Directors

Skills & Experience:

- Microsoft office experience
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible, Hard-Working, and trustworthy
- Ability to multi-task, prioritising workload and focusing on key customer requirements
- First rate interpersonal skills, understanding internal and external customers’ needs to develop working relationships

Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience of using Xero or similar ERP systems
- Experience within a similar Support role
- Eye for detail or critical thinking
- Experience of dealing with sales companies and/or large manufacturing companies.

This is a great opportunity for a sales minded person, ideally but not necessarily with an engineering background, looking to break into sales role. You’ll receive plenty of training on products and services.
