Receptionist required

We are looking for a reliable, organised receptionist with experience of working in a office environment.

You would be the first point of contact and we would require a presentable lively individual.

Duties would include;
Greeting guests with a happy friendly approach, providing effective check in and check outs
Checking and confirming all reservations ensuring all payments are processed correctly
To deal with any guest complaints, queries and suggestions quickly and efficiently
Assist with other administrative tasks and reception operations as needed

Hourly rate £10.50 p/h which will increase after training period
