With innovation and the customer at the forefront of everything they do, they are nowlooking to hire a new Global Website Manager to assist with their future growth

They are now looking for an experienced Global Website Manager to lead and own the strategy and operations of their external facing website. As head of their established B2B site and new B2C ecommerce offering, you will sit in the Global Digital MarketingTeam and report to the Global Marketing Director. In this newly created and exciting leadership role, you will develop a new website team, and lead a multi-year transformation program to evolve their approach to website operations, content strategy, and userexperience (UX) design. You will have a truly global approach with experience leading enterprise website redesigns or transformations across multiple geographies and driving change in matrixed/complex environments. You will balance brilliant basics with leadinginnovation when it comes to website content, experience, and design, helping us make the unimaginable possible.

**What you will do**:

- Lead on the strategy and operations of the core B2B website and new B2C offering, with responsibility for developing and leading a global website team.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align the website with business strategies and support marketing activity.
- Select and manage a web design/ development company and work with them to design, build and migrate their current site to an in-house platform - ensure a smooth transition and carry out testing / troubleshooting.
- Once the site is up and running, continue the development and management of the site - continued testing / troubleshooting
- Collaborate with Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) resources to develop a unified search and content strategy.
- Develop QA processes to ensure website content is regularly updated and accurate.
- Collaborate with the technical platform owner on the website roadmap.
- Collaborate with UX resources and digital ecosystem to support a consistent approach to web content design.
- Lead internal consultations, data analysis and user research to inform web strategies and socialise new features in development.
- Advise on and contribute to high value web content projects to maximise the success of our global marketing programs.
- Collaborate with analytics experts to manage, report, and analyse website data, and make recommendations to drive website performance.
- Conduct research and competitor analysis to support innovation and growth.
- 10+ years of experience leading a high traffic, content rich ecommerce website.
- Experience in a similar B2C role is essential, including a full website re-development
- Previous experience defining requirements for digital projects
- Previous experience managing a project backlog and setting priorities with internal stakeholders and partner agencies
- Confident interviewing and selecting partner agencies to support on the project
- Previous Agile methodology experience combined with having previously worked in an Agile development team
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and Google Analytics
- Proven track record of using A/B testing programmes
- An eye for detail combined with a strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Comfortable working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A pragmatic individual with strong relationship building abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
- Thorough understanding of UX, accessibility, and design systems.
- Superb communication and influencing skills with experience of delivering executive level presentations.
