Our client, a leading consultancy is looking to hire a website administrator on a permanent basis. This role is based in The City of London with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office (Wednesdays and Thursdays).

**Position Overview**

As a Website Administrator, you will play a pivotal role within our Digital team at the Global Executive Office. You'll work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to support various digital marketing initiatives, including managing the Global Executive Office website, member firm websites, and our global intranet platform.

**Responsibilities**
- Update and maintain the webmaster user guide, ensuring alignment with new feature updates.
- Support member firms in building, migrating, and managing their websites on the Drupal 9 CMS system.
- Approve and upload thought leadership content as needed.
- Ensure all websites meet the business's brand guidelines and digital best practices.
- Provide timely support to member firms through the website helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with regional marketers on digital marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the development of future website improvements.
- Provide testing support during deployment releases and post go-live periods.
- Coordinate with the in-house studio to deliver creative assets.
- Assist with ad-hoc digital marketing projects.
- Respond to online queries and monitor brand misuse across digital platforms.
- Support the creation of new pages/sections on the global intranet.
- Assist with various digital platforms.

**Desired Experience and Qualifications**
- Strong attention to detail.
- Technical understanding of website infrastructure.
- Familiarity with SEO practices.
- Ability to proofread and identify errors in copy.
- Experience with website CMS, such as Drupal 9.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
