**About the Role**
- The Website Administrator reports to the Website Experience Manager and works within the Marketing team to provide comprehensive website support to the organization globally. The Website Administrator will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Maples Group’s website presence and help to support the delivery of world-class website experiences. Primary responsibilities include:

- Assist in the day-to-day maintenance of the website (WordPress CMS)
- Support the optimizing of site performance, site security and scalability
- Help to identify opportunities for site enhancement
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual analytics reports
- Assist with content & data input and maintenance
- Help to monitor website performance and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise
- Administering of internal and externals user profiles and permissions
- Assisting with producing monthly, quarterly, and yearly analytics reports
- Help to facilitate the integration of digital media content and campaigns into the overall website experience
- Assist in the training of internal resources and communication of operational changes to the Marketing team
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to website development and administration

**EXPERIENCE**

**What You Bring**
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, IT, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- An understanding and experience working with WordPress, including proficiency in managing themes, plugins, and site settings
- An understanding of WordPress security best practices, performance optimization techniques,
- Knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and PHP as well as the ability to maintain WordPress Plugins, both in-house and third party
- Ability to assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise on the WordPress websites and experience working to help diagnose website problem
- A positive attitude, refined people management skills, and ability to collaborate well with a team. This person must communicate effectively other less technical team members to provide support and guidance
