Website Performance Specialist - London

We are seeking a highly skilled Website Performance Specialist to join our team at developrec in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and improving website performance, driving business growth and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in digital roles, with a strong understanding of website performance optimisation techniques, including SEO, SEM, CRM, social media, and analytics.

This is a hybrid position, requiring strong communication and project management skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyse website performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve website performance, driving business growth and efficiency
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to implement website ecosystem strategies
  • Present data-driven recommendations and strategies to senior leaders, securing alignment and buy-in at all levels
  • Educate global teams on website success factors, from investment and resources to performance optimisation

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum
