**My client, a leading and growing company specialising within the Laboratory supplies industry are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join their busy team.**

**This role will be a team leader position situated within the "order processing" team, so knowledge of order processing systems, logistics planning and good management skills are essential.**

**The role of the sales administrator will be mainly Processing orders and doing general sales related administration duties.**
**Sales Order Processing preferably with some export experience which although desirable is not essential.**
Our products are laboratory diagnostic test kits
This is not a typical customer service role, and therefore my client is not looking for an office manager.
Main tasks are:
Processing orders in my clients system ( MicroSoft Dynamics Navison ).
Experience with CRM would also be desirable is not essential.
**Knowledge**
Level I
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelors Degree preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of customer support experience required. - some customer service experience preferred
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
Experience with customer database software, i.e. MS Navision and MS CRM preferred
**Level II**
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelors Degree preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of related customer support experience. Bachelors Degree preferred
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
Experience with customer database software, i.e. MS Navision and MS CRM preferred
Level III
Bachelors Degree or equivalent education and work experience required.
Minimum of 4-6 years of related customer support experience required.
Bilingual strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of regional import / export requirements for international shipping
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
Experience with customer database software, i.e. MS Navision and MS CRM required
**Skills/Abilities**
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to handle high call volume
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Must be able to use discretion and independent judgement

Must be able to work in a team environment
Must be able to pay close attention to details
Must be able to adapt and flex to a changing environment
Must be able to lift/carry 20 pounds
**WORKING CONDITIONS**

**May occasionally work weekends and/or evenings.**
