Some of the people our care staff support experience feelings of isolation, and some will have physical and or emotional barriers to independence. Most people that we support require help with personal care.

We have a number of 28-hour contracts within our community teams including:

- Community Care Assistant (Long Term Complex)
- Community Care Assistant (Reablement)

The average 28-hour contracts operate a fixed shift pattern, an example is shown below:
4 shifts - 7am - 1.30pm, followed by 2 days off.
4 shifts - 7am - 1.30pm, followed by 2 days off.
4 shifts - 4pm - 10.30pm, followed by 2 days off.

This is a rolling rota.

Evening and weekend contracts are allocated with one weeks' notice and will either be 7am - 1.30pm or 4pm - 10.30pm.
