Job Summary

We are currently looking for flexible and committed Support Workers to provide a quality service to the people we support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care to promote independent living within the community
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, housekeeping, and laundry
  • Accompany individuals to social, leisure, and recreational activities
  • Provide personal care and support as needed
  • Encourage individuals to develop new skills and friendships

Requirements

  • Must genuinely care and empathize with people
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Must be 18 years old or over
  • Full current driving license is essential
  • Business Class 1 vehicle insurance is also essential
