About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at i-Care Domcare. As a Community Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in the Swansea and surrounding areas.

As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life. You will work closely with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support clients with physical or learning disabilities, older people, and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of client care and support
Requirements:
  • No experience necessary as full training is given
  • Access to a car and full driver's licence
  • Applicants must be 18+
