The Additional Learning Support team is led by the Head of ALS and there is a Senior Coordinator who has responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the service. Working alongside them are Specialist Inclusive Learning Tutors, Exam Access Arrangement Assessors, High Needs & Specialist Support Coordinators, Education Support Workers (ESWs) and ESW Team Leaders. Two Administrators and support the whole team.

The part-time post is fixed term until February 2024, working during term time.
