We are pleased to share this fantastic opportunity to join our Digital Service team, providing technical support, managing change and system administration for the core software systems across Progress Housing Group. This is a full time, permanent contract position required for 36.25 hours per week.

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**

This role has a number of core objectives including:

- Supporting the management, development and maintenance of Progress Housing Group’s business systems ensuring that their service delivery is of a high quality and meets business requirements.
- Supporting the administration of all requests for service generated by the IT Service Desk and providing third line support for all business systems.
- Supporting the on-going management of system access, access rights and security auditing for the Group’s business systems.
- Responsible for the technical installation and technical supervision of business system upgrades and patches.
- Responsible for supporting the delivery of projects where the Group’s business systems will play a pivotal role in operation delivery. This support will include system testing to evaluate a business system's compliance against specified requirements.
- Providing support to the Group during end user acceptance testing for business system upgrades, business system patches and the introduction of new business systems and processes. This objective includes supporting the development and delivery of high quality training.
- Supporting Progress Housing Group to investigate and analyse business activities and processes with a view to making them more efficient, effective and secure.
