Job Title: Industrialisation Integration Lead

Location: Samlesbury. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £62,000 + depending on experience

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivery of all Business Operations for the Industrial Collaboration Team's requirements aligned to the operational framework requirements
  • Delivery of Business Operations Management Reporting Service for internal and senior reviews for the Industrial Collaboration team, including and not limited to, facilitating the IC team Delivery review, preparation of input into: Falconwork's Delivery Review(s) and Quarterly Business Review, support to the Falconwork's Technology review, with IC team input.
  • Delivery of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Process on behalf of the Industrial Collaboration Team - Including but not limited to - Overall Integrated Business Planning, Sales and Operations, Resource Management, Order Intake and Cost base Management to include interfacing with the Service Delivery Units and Functions
  • Budget reporting and co-ordination:- Cost based, CAM budgets spend status, Budget co-ordination including cost base establishment and performance review, CAM EAC co-ordination, Capital/DTC spend profiling, performance reporting etc
  • Delivery of the People Agenda for Industrial Collaboration including but not limited to - People Change forum, Transformation agenda, 9 box models and high potential collation for the teams, monitoring and reporting on mandated training and All Hands Organisational Briefings.
  • Investment planning scheduling and reporting
  • HS&E Co-ordination - maintenance of SHE plan, management of SHE audit plan

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Experienced in Business Operations Management including generating and delivering Senior management reports to internal management.
  • A proven track record in stakeholder network establishment and management particularly working with other departments, Functional areas and within a large team structure.
  • Knowledge of Bids, Programmes and Projects

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of International Industrialisation/Capability transfer activities
  • Experienced in establishing IBP and the capital investment process

The Industrial Collaboration team:

Industrial Collaboration (IC) has become a fundamental requirement and a key activity in support of main aircraft programme sales e.g., Typhoon sales into overseas customers. Looking forwards this will increase, with the nature of the collaboration opportunities shifting from direct "manufacturing solutions" which will increasingly be complemented with Engineering and Indirect opportunities, all of which will require Human Capital (Training and Skills) solutions. This is set against our increasing product portfolio including UAS's (Unmanned Air Systems), Electric Products etc., with a projected expansion from our traditional customer base.

This role will enable the selected candidate to gain a broad understanding of the business and contribute in both shaping the solutions as a member of the IC Senior Management Team and ensuring that the team's activities and requirements on the business are recognised and clearly articulated.
