As a
- We have 3 positions available being offered on a
- **permanent**,
- ** part time** basis working
- ** 20 hours** per week and will be based in our Tolvaddon Office.
- The working pattern for each position are as follows:
- 20 hours per week: Monday 9am-5pm, Wednesday 12pm-5pm, Friday 9am-5pm.
- 20 hours per week: Monday 9am-5pm, Tuesday 9am-2pm, Friday 9am-5pm.
- 20 hours perk week: Monday to Friday 1pm-5pm.

To be considered for the role of Customer Services Adviser you will:

- be completely committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.
- have excellent communication skills, whilst being patient and empathetic with our diverse customer base.
- have an inquisitive mind with the ability to draw out key information, therefore ensuring the customers' repairs are fixed on a first time basis.
- have good IT and record keeping skills with the ability to multi-task.

You may have experience in: customer care, customer facing retail, hospitality, inbound call centre, contact centre, customer service centre, Social Housing, Housing Association.

LiveWest provides over 39,000 homes to over 80,000 people throughout the South West from Gloucestershire to the Isles of Scilly.
