**The Purpose of this Job**

As an Internal **Account Executive**, you will play an essential role within the business to help grow sales and profitability, whilst maintaining and developing important customer accounts.

Through implementing the **core behaviours and procedures**, you will be responsible for **developing relationships**, going the extra mile and continually meeting and **exceeding customer needs**.

**Your responsibilities as an Account Executive will be to**:

- Grow and maintain existing accounts
- Build effective working relationships with all key players within the customer organisation
- Maximise profit potential with each customer
- Develop, implement and achieve growth strategy for target customers
- Supporting the administration within sales, adhering to processes

**You'll have**:

- A proven success within customer service and sales
- Results-driven mindset
- Energetic character, being motivated and ambitious
- Customer Service experience
- Ideally manufacturing background but not essential
