Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Site in Silvertrees Business Park, Westhill.

Our team of Customer Service Representatives are an integral part of the Swagelok customer journey. Ensuring sufficient preperation of quotes and processing orders, you would be responsible for providing customer that exceptional experience every time they deal with Swagelok.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of Quotes and processing customer orders
- Work with our global business system (SAP)
- Liaise with other teams or departments on a regular basis to ensure a smooth product journey
- Handle incoming calls and refer callers to the appropriate department or personnel
- Investigate customer complaints in a timely manner ensuring a satisfactory outcome
- Problem solving when looking at technical enquiries, and dealing with trade counter sales
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and reports
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment.

**Qualifications, Skills and Relevance Experience**:

- Previous experience of working in a Customer Service environment
- Experience of working with SAP B1 or a similar system
- Excellent organisational, administration and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter and at ease in a team environment
- Must demonstrate personal values that are aligned with Swagelok Company Values
- Good communications skills, both written and verbal
