- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medication according to care plans
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks
- Escort clients to appointments or social outings
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided

**Experience**:

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
- Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle for transportation
- Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is preferred but not required
