Health Care Support Worker

We are looking for a Female, Romanian speaking care worker who has worked with Children with complex care needs
- Follow and implement therapies outlined within the care plans
- Provide care services, including personal hygiene
- Competent and trained in PEG feeding
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and dosage instructions through PEG
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure the well-being of clients
- Accompanying the child to day nursery and administer treatment and therapies
- Assist with case management tasks, such as scheduling appointments and coordinating transportation
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients at all times

**Requirements**:

- MUST be female and speak Romanian
- Preferably a car driver
- Previous experience in providing care, to a child with complex care needs within the home environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic understanding of healthcare procedures
- First aid certification
- Ability to administer medication accurately and safely
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals in need of care
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Expected hours: 12 - 60 per week

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Cerebral Palsy: 1 year (required)
- Support Worker: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- London (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- London: Relocate before starting work (required)
