Job Summary

We are seeking a confident and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Ducks Halt. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all individuals in our care
  • Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
  • Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical and welfare needs
  • Report on medical and welfare needs as required
  • Safeguard individuals and maintain a safe, clean environment
