Support Worker

At Creative Support, we are seeking a highly motivated and person-centered Support Worker to join our team. As a Relief Support Professional, you will empower and support individuals with a learning disability to transform their lives. You will be working in a new-build development of 7 self-contained flats, purpose designed to maximise independence and community connections.
We require flexible and reliable bank workers to support our staff to provide a high quality service. This rewarding role will require working shifts which suit you and meet service user needs. Available shifts will include weekdays, evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.
You must be committed to an empowering approach to support which enables people to lead fulfilling and valued lives, maintain their tenancies, participate in their local community, develop independent living skills and achieve their personal goals and desired outcomes.
We offer our bank workers on-going free mandatory and service specific training and we can support you to complete the Care Certificate. We will offer you supportive management and good availability of work.
