Accounts Assistant

We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our team in Aldershot. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions of the company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with month-end close process
- Prepare and process vendor invoices
- Assist with month-end financial statements
- Assist with month-end tax filing
- Assist with month-end payroll processing
- Prepare and process monthly financial reports
- Assist with month-end financial analysis and reporting
- Other duties as assigned by management
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write concisely, accurately, and legibly.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify and analyze information to determine its relationship to other data.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software (Excel, Word, Outlook) and related accounting software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to change, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
