**Job Title: Community Centre Officer (Bank)**
**Salary: £13.43ph**
**Location; Beethoven Centre, Queen’s Park, Westminster**

**Hours: Zero hour, Bank**

This is an excellent opportunity to join the team at your local community centre on a flexible basis.*
**About the role**:

- First point of contact for visitors to the centre, providing a customer focused service to all customers, residents, partners and tenants who use the centre.
- Facilitate bookings, including payments and refunds adhering to cash handling procedures as required
- Support the day-to-day management of the centre, including replenishing provisions and preparing rooms for upcoming bookings.
- Carry out regular building checks both internally and externally
- To assist with the promotion, set up/clear down and management of events and activities hosted by A2Dominion at the centre
- assist the Senior Communities Centre Partner with the operation & promotion of the centre

**More about you**:

- Excellent customer services skills
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience of working well under pressure, organising and prioritising work effectively
- administration, IT and record skills
