Office Assistant

The main duties of the role will include:
- Create presentations and reports
- Organise and prepare meetings and meeting agendas, and take minutes during meetings
- Perform research across a variety of functions including site works, people, compliance, regulations and best practices.
- Perform calculations and checks on different aspects of the business as per the requirements from the MD
- Maintain a strong working relationship with other departments, including accounts, payroll, recruitment, procurement, legal
- Book business travel arrangements
- Be prepared to support other business areas when required
Ideal applicants will have:
- A “can do” and “positive” attitude
- Strong organisation, presentation, and clerical skills
- Clear communication skills
- Data driven - effective basic calculation skills and ability to explore challenging questions simply and analytically
- Effective at researching non specialist topics
- Strong numerical/maths skills
- Discretion and professionalism
