**Job Title**: Admin Assistant

**Location**: Westerham
**Salary**: £12 p/h
**Immediate start -2-3-month assignment**
**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm

**The duties in your new role would be**:

- Supporting the Office Coordinator with general office administration
- Reception duties such as welcoming visitors, distributing post and ensuring that the office is tidy and professionally presented
- Assisting with day-to-day office operational issues
- Assisting with organising functions such as company conferences and social events.
- Organising various meetings timetables
- Booking travel arrangements and ticket purchase, hire cars, taxis

**Requirements**:

- Must have proven administration experience
- Must be comfortable using digital platforms
- Confident user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneDrive
- Professional telephone manner
- Must be available to start immediately
