HR Graduate Internship - Competitive Salary - Westerham, Kent
Our client is seeking a proactive, friendly and personable individual who will be responsible for providing administration assistance in the overall delivery of HR operations i.e. overseeing the office facilities admin, supporting the administration of ourclients on boarding process and as part of a team, helping to ensure projects are delivered effectively.

**Responsibilities**:
*Generating contracts of employment, offer letters, addendums, conducting pre-employment checks, e.g. references
*Working with the HR Manager to coordinate the onboarding & leaver process
*Responsible for updating staff database
*Supporting the HR Manager with taking minutes etc and the organising/ booking of staff training courses
*Assist with projects across the HR function
*Assisting the HR manager with their diary management, meeting preparation and ad hoc tasks
*Overseeing administrative activities to facilitate the smooth running of the office
*Working proactively with the HR & Facilities team to deal with office issues and escalating to management if required
*Support the recruitment process
Skills required:
*2.1 or 1st class degree
*You have impeccable written and verbal communication skills
*Excellent inter-personal skills
*Excellent organisational and administrative skills
*Comfortable with working in a fast paced environment
*Ability to thrive under pressure
*Flexible, prepared to work on different tasks as needed and take responsibility for completion
*Self-motivated with the ability to work on their own initiative
*Computer literate i.e Excel, Word
