**About the unique role**:

- Our Gateway Guest Services team look after hotel, spa, and timeshare guests from the moment they make a booking; either online, on the phone or in person, to their arrival on site, and then to the point when they are leaving us.
- If you have a flair for customer service, and be naturally helpful, approachable, and reliable then we would like to hear from you.
- This role will involve:

- Taking hotel, Spa, timeshare and restaurant reservations
- Welcoming and greeting guests to the Estate
- Acting upon all requests that guests might have in an efficient and friendly manner
- Checking guests in and out
