Set in the heart of the English Lake District and surrounded by breath-taking scenery, the Langdale Estate offers a choice of a 4-star luxury hotel, 5-star self-catering accommodation, prestige spa and fitness facilities along with restaurant and bar.

**The Role**

Our people create a guest experience that is as unique and memorable as Langdale. Our front of house team welcome and care for our guests throughout their stay providing unforgettable experiences in a luxury hideaway within the Lakes. As part of a small and friendly team, you will be an integral part of the guest experience, providing warm, knowledgeable, and tailored support to guests as they relax across our 35-acre estate.

**About the Role**
- Always maintain a positive and friendly attitude, even when working to achieve solutions to challenges.
- Provide a swift and effective check-in process for the day’s arrivals, adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Deal with in-house guest requests, recording all feedback for seamless shift handovers.
- Support all our guests and timeshare owners with enquiries.
- Ensure the accuracy of data in all systems and provide the necessary daily information required.
- Be the first point of contact by telephone for our in-house guests may have about the hotel and local area.
- Ensure all telephone calls as answered quickly and as efficiently as possible.
- Report any maintenance issues and following internal processes through to handover or completion.
- Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of guest billing, financial transactions, and the reception float.
- Maintain the brand standards of our reception and public spaces as well as keeping areas tidy and presentable.
- To cover the role of reservationist as/when required.
