**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Manage room reservations and ensure accurate billing
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel's facilities and services
- Handle guest complaints and ensure that any issues are resolved promptly
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a hotel receptionist role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
