Receptionist - Ambleside

We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our friendly team at Ambleside Health Centre.

We're looking for someone with excellent customer service skills to be the first contact for callers to the practice. You'll need to be patient-focused, responsible, and adaptable to understand and address their needs and requirements effectively. You'll be working as part of our fabulous administration and reception team, and will contribute to delivering high-quality support for patients. We pride ourselves on being responsive, understanding, and doing the best that we can to address the needs of our patients, and are looking for someone like-minded to join us. We're caring, inclusive, and a great bunch to work with.

We operate from Ambleside and Hawkshead, and are looking for someone to be mostly based from the Ambleside Health Centre with occasional working from the Hawkshead Branch.

This post is 25 hours per week, with the shift pattern as follows:
Monday - 08.30-13.30

Tuesday - 13.30-18.30

Wednesday - 08.30-13.30

Thursday - 13.30-18.30

Friday - 08.30-13.30

**PLEASE NOTE: Although the above hours are what are most ideal for the Practice, we may be in a position to be flexible, should this be required.**

There will also be some additional shifts up for grabs to cover sickness/annual leave.
