Works Scheduler/administrator

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team.
You will be providing support to Clients and Management through a variety of tasks including monitoring the progress of on-going jobs, diary managment, maintaining our quotes system, liaising with our mobile workforce and updating portals. As a growing small to medium sized company, we are looking for someone who is motivated and willing to take on responsibility with time.
**Duties will include, but are not limited to**:
- Processing jobs based on completion statuses.
- Co-ordinating job progress meetings with Office team.
- Providing a first point of call for Clients via phone.
- Updating job management system & client portals
- Liaising with Engineers.
- Planning routes and scheduling works.
- Administrating the quotations process.
- Liaising with Subcontractors to issue them with works.
- Ad hoc/ general administration.

**Essential**:
- Strong IT Skills
- Great Communication Skills
- Organised individual
- Previous administration experience.
**Desirable yet not essential**:
- Previous experience of job management
- Previous experience working within a building services company.
- Experience using Office365, Xero or EWorks Manager
