Lancer Scott is a major privately-owned Built environment construction, development and property maintenance company in the UK. We are looking to recruit a dedicated Helpdesk Administrator to work 5 days per week from our Bristol office, BS1. The role is 40 hours per week 8.00am to 17:00.

Main duties will include but aren’t limited to;
- Maintain diary management for the remote trades teams. Scheduling appointments with tenants ensuring works are delivered within the NHF SOR codes submitted by our client - Attention to detail is key.
- Responsible for specific work flow status within our CAFM system. Keeping our CAFM system up to date with accurate information.
- Communicating and building strong relationships with our engineers and responding to real-time enquiries.
- Ensure work orders are processed meeting client expectations - SLAs, KPIs and internal process.
- Clear communication within the team to encourage a collaborative environment.
- Use your problem solving skills to meet the needs of our customer's needs.

- IT Literacy, Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Great communication both written and verbal

- Be able to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment
