We are looking for an innovative and passionate Client Services Manager to enhance customer experience and manage their teams performance. This is an exciting role for someone to implement new ideas of working, be a positive influence and lead by example.

**About the role**
- Dealing with inbound sales from new and existing customers
- Managing a small customer service team
- 1 to 1s with team members
- Coaching and implementing new ways of working
- Handling customer complaints and turning into a positive
- Outstanding customer care to all customers and new customers
