**Customer Experience Advisor Role Profile**

**The Role**

Amplivox are looking to appoint a Customer Experience Advisor to join the Operations team in supporting its continued business development and growth.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- First line customer communication - verbal and written.
- Liaising with customers regarding the servicing, repair and upsell of equipment.
- Contributing to the growth of the Service and Calibration business
- Dealing with customer enquiries, providing further information
- Providing technical support to customers
- Producing quotations
- Receiving, processing, and completing orders (Service, Consumables)
- Updating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Supporting UK sales team with course manual preparation and instrument loan requests.

**Who is this role suited to**

This role will suit those who have excellent attention to detail and willing and able to learn and develop. Amplivox have a successful track record in developing colleagues with plenty of room for future progression.

**Education / Experience**
- Some previous customer service / sales administration / technical experience is desirable but not essential.
- Good general standard of education
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Ability to build customer relationships longer term.
- Applicants must be computer literate and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.

**Package**
