Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and assisting them with their financial service needs.
**Duties**:
- Communicate with customers in person to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information
- Analyze customer accounts and transactions to identify any discrepancies or errors
- Provide guidance and support to customers regarding our products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging customer situations
**Salary**: From £24,704.67 per year
