**Salary and rewards package for a Customer Service Advisor**:

- **Salary**: £21,878.00 per annum with an extra 9% of salary on top of core pay to use as you like. You can take it as cash, add to your pension, or choose to spend it on a huge range of flex benefits
- **Hours**:Monday - Friday, hours between 8am - 6.15pm
1 in 12 Saturdays, 9am - 1pm
- **Contract**:Permanent
- **Location**:Remote working (however, you must live within an hour of Birmingham as there is potential for working in the office)

- 34 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)

**Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor**:

- Providing first-class customer service to customers with full accountability to ensure their needs are met
- Quickly understanding the root cause of the customer query ensuring queries are solved first time to prevent repeat contact
- Autonomously managing your day, and ensuring the overall objectives of the team are achieved
- Preparing, attending, and actively contributing at meetings as appropriate

**Key Skills of a Customer Service Advisor**:

- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment with the capability to retain information
- Ability to maintain a high-quality conversation with a customer whilst supporting a colleague with a query
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong team player who enjoys collaborating and solving problems with team members
- Driven to go above and beyond to keep customers happy
