In this exciting role you will support the commercial growth of GES Exhibitions within Europe, growing our client and event base, securing new business from exhibition and congress clients across Europe.

As a Business Development Manager at GES, you will:

You will:
• Achieve set sales targets for new business within Europe at the agreed margins. 
• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities, identifying potential targets..
• Develop proposal templates tailored for the different sectors and business offerings.
• Produce personalised proposals for clients and/or respond to RFI’s and RFP’s.
• Produce presentations for pitches and lead those meetings.
• Work to increase the scope of work and services we provide to clients 
• Take a consultative approach to client development.
• Attend networking and marketing events to identify new prospects.

Salary
This role offers a competitive salary, dependent on experience. We operate a reward strategy based on our team members receiving a salary that best reflects their experience and skill level.

Hours of work
You may be required to work evenings and weekends during busy periods to meet the demands of the business, including overseas travel as required.

Annual leave
Our holiday entitlement is days per annum (plus bank holidays and statutory public holidays).
