**As a Customer Services Advisor, you will**:

- Handle all telephone enquiries and queries
- Provide a friendly efficient service, which involves customer contact both face to face and on the telephone
- Provides advice within remit of role
- Make appointment bookings and amendments.

You may be required to provide support and general assistance to other areas within the multidisciplinary team as necessary and ensure all data/information is entered, modified, maintained and presented accurately and efficiently using the appropriate electronic or manual system and format. You will also help support our our patient and community events as and when required.

**As a Customer Services Advisor, you will have**:

- To be a confident and customer-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner.
- Ideally educated to GCSE in English and Maths with NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent, you will have good IT and keyboard skills. Experience within an administrative or customer facing environment would be a real advantage.
