Ø **Responsibilities**:
A. Create & maintain uniformly standard reports across all properties/portfolios with up-to-date information per unit/block/tenant

B. Innovate reporting structures per the dynamic & growing business requirements

C. Ensure accurate & complete data recording on every aspect of the business

D. Organize & prioritise adhoc tasks completion, as required

F. Timely flagging of any issues & concerns (expected or unforeseen) and assist to de-escalate the situation in the best possible manner, at the earliest

**Salary**: From £20,201.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Bury (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Bury: Relocate before starting work (required)
